NorQuesters are difference makers, and we’re searching for someone dedicated to making a difference to lead our Student Resolution and Integrity (SRIO) team as the SRIO Manager.
The division of Students and Academic Strategy is looking for a diplomatic people leader with a focus on student support to lead the department in finding ways forward in intentionally courageous ways. This position supports the SRIO team to resolve student issues using a restorative justice model.
HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
- Engaging and leading the SRIO team so that they can provide excellent supports to students and the college community
- Developing and operationalizing new initiatives for alternative dispute resolution
- Creating innovative approaches for engaging all partners in SRIO processes
- Growing and supporting the NorQuest community to creatively meet students where they’re at
- Focusing on restorative justice, decolonization, and alternate methods to find resolution
- Ensuring adherence to policy, procedure, and process to resolve academic misconduct and non-academic misconduct cases
- Leading knowledge dissemination on academic integrity and student conduct across the college
WHAT YOU BRING
- A degree in management, education, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 3-5 years previous experience supporting students in post-secondary education or a similar field
- 5 years progressive leadership experience and a willingness to support your team using the NorQuest Qs (our college values)
- Previous experience working with diverse students and varied demographics, with a focus on providing individualized support for each student
- Passion and experience with team support, change management, and working with a variety of partners
- Experience working within student judicial affairs or student conduct fields an asset

SALARY: $92,339-$115,531 Reflective upon what you bring. AKA your education and experience. Plus, immediate access to our great pension and benefit programs.
